The Second Instant Food Industry Conference (2021 Sept 3rd-4th)

At the beginning of epidemic outbreak in 2020, transportation has been strictly restricted. The quarantine policy impacts people’s travel, and fast food has naturally entered thousands of households. After experiencing explosive growth in the past year, the development of fast food industry in the post-epidemic era after 2021 witnessed a growing trend. From September 3rd to 4th, the Second Instant Food Industry Conference is held at Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center to promote industry exchanges and cooperation.

To adapt climatic conditions, the northern one tried to turn noodles made of rice which is different from wheat. Over time rice noodles and processing methods have been introduced around the world. Jiangxi province is the largest rice noodles center for its geographic advantages which is also the hometown of Zaza Gary.
